Layout ripped?
Alright guys, you really don’t wanna believe this. Well actually a few days ago. A site named Miss Tisdale ripped off the concept of my current Xtinaweb.org layout! I’ve emailed him about it and asked for a removal or he will be blacklisted. He did reply me with a very weird manners saying that he made the layout without seeing mine first & he never thought of ripping mine. As he says on and on, he mentioned the NEVER actually ripped off my layout. As you can see the difference between this and this. Well I’ve emailed him back with a positive manner but when he replied back to me by calling me a moron? WTF? I never actually know about this till a visitors of mine emailed to me subjected “Major Layout Copyright“. I was very furious about it. Thinking why do people online do such things and claimed that the creativity is from them. Those are really weird people.
And the most funniest thing is, he blacklisted me for it. The layout date created by him was on August 30th and mine was on July 19. Ah what a surprise difference between the both of them is actually, he ripped it from me! Hah gotcha! He even bring this situation between Xtina and Britney! Here was what he said:
I guess i don’t have to mention that this is a Christina Aguilera website, and this is just a perfect webmaster (Angelic) to run it. Why? Well, Christina was always jealous about Britney being always on Top and no one cared about xtina… but, apparently, Christina fans are just like her, they always want to be on top, and they think they rule the world, in this case, the world wide web.

Like I said in the comment on his site, if he really didn’t steal it he would have left it at his first email back to you. I hate people like that, at least steal in a MORE creative way. I mean, my god. And what the hell was with him giving at 40,000 word explanation? Who is he trying to convince? His visitors? Himself that he didn’t steal? Yeah, he an asshole, end of story.
People like him make me laugh and wonder why people continue to run fan sites.

Hi Angelic, I just wanted to let you know I wrote somthing on his website. I also emailed his host and asked for them to email him and address the situation…. this is what I lefted on the site:
You have got some nerve to insult Christina Aguilera. She is a well-known singer, till now I have NEVER heard of Ashley Tisdale, she seems to be a rip off Ashlee SImpson trying to make it big, but she won’t. On the other hand Christina Aguilera has won so many awards and been in the spot light for years, you have no right to insult her and even more compare her to Britney Spears. There is no competition between them, they’re both great singers and performers.
Mikael, your comment on the navigation overlay, you’d think that he would learn how to use the overlay ‘darken’ better. The pictures don’t match, and they’re all different colors. To think Ruben would be the bigger person here and tell Angelic, you know what i’m sorry for copying your layout and i’m going to change it so that it doesn’t cause a conflict between anybody. I know this is the internet but you know what instead of copying people why don’t you make your own creative layout, different colors and stop trying to convince people you didn’t steal from anybody, because it’s only making yourself look more guilty for doing it. Also, before I go, I know you’ll delete this comment because that is how webmasters like you are and doesn’t like to have ‘rude’ comments on your website, but lets face it everything I said is true. I emailed your host and discussed it with her, so me or you will be getting a email soon from her.

As I told you, I used to love MissTisdale, they had unique ideas and was probably the best Ashley site, but honestly, after the crap they’ve done to you, I’d love if the site got shut down, (eep, well, you know what i mean, xD) I mean, how low can people go.

He could have a least admitted that he copied the colors and concept,but,IMO,he made a lame copy of a piece of art.

They look different to me. Besides, grey - black with hot pink, everybody has been doing it for awhile now + It probably was just a coincidence that his happened to be posted about a month after yours. But the whole Britney and Christina thing was uncalled for and absolutely ridiculous.
