• Only paypal/trading is accepted.
• You must send at least 1/2 of the payment in advance as a deposit. I will show you your layout preview as it might be heavily tagged.
• Your site must be online.
• Only send me high quality images to work on.
• Free hosting sites like geocities, freewebs etc.will not be accepted.
• I have my own style on creating. (Do not question me)
• Basic knowledge like html/php includes is needed.
• State a link back to Rouge Inc Design.
• Specific clearly on what you are requesting. Such as size, colors, text, style, etc.
• No redistribution is allowed.
• The minimum orders will be two at a time.
• Do not spam or rush me.
• Deadline will be in two weeks time.
